PROJECT:

For my project, I built and am  currently managing a door to door sales team in preparation for the summer of 2019 to sell pest control in Houston TX.  I recruited individuals that have and haven’t sold before and pitched them on the idea of selling door to door pest control. I provided resources and individual training to help prepare the reps to have a successful summer of sales.

OUTCOMES:

By incentivizing my recruits to bring their friends, I was able to recruit 15 people to sell this summer.

By implementing a training checklist, I have given my recruits a pathway to become successful at selling, which will enable them to reach their potential.

​

By building and training a team, I have become a more experienced leader. This will help me in my future career and throughout my life.

DELIVERABLES:

For my deliverables, I have a list of all the reps that I have recruited, a list of meetings with expenses, and the training checklist I created for my recruits.

LARGER PURPOSE:

This project has helped me towards achieving my financial goals, and help me become a better, more capable leader.
