REFLECTIONS
What I Learned:
What I learned from this experience is that there is power in having a vision for yourself. In previous years of recruiting, I haven’t really had a goal or vision of how many reps I wanted to recruit, how much I was willing to invest, or how much time I was willing to put into it. I realized that once I set a clear goal of how many people I needed and the time and resources I needed to dedicate in order to achieve it, everything fell into place.
I learned a lot about the recruiting process and keeping my team motivated. I learned that it is absolutely critical to continuously follow up with prospects and be involved with each member of the team. I think this experience has made me a more experienced and well rounded leader.

Future Plans:
Moving forward in future projects, I will make sure that I have a clear vision with clear outcomes. I will make sure to set correct expectations for myself and the time and effort required in order to accomplish those outcomes. I’ve learned the importance of being organized and will make sure I am organized in all of my future projects.
